From Local 3 News: UPDATE: Colbin Quinn Davis, 28, who was wanted on two aggravated assault warrants following a shooting Tuesday, is in custody, the Dade County Sheriff's Office says.
Davis was taken into custody at approximately 8:45pm and booked in the Dade County Jail, according to the GBI.
Once the case file is complete, it will be given to the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office for prosecution, GBI says.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation identified 28-year-old Colbin Quinn Davis as the person investigators are looking for. He was last seen in the area of Michael’s Road in Trenton and is considered armed and dangerous.
Davis is connected to the shooting that injured two men Tuesday morning, investigators said. One of the victims was Davis’ brother, officials say.
Anyone who sees Davis should not approach him and should immediately call 911.
