Steve Hartline
Owner of Station & Mix Mornings Host
Steve Hartline has been known as the voice of Mix 104.1 WCLE for over 20 years, but he’s been with Mix 104.1 WCLE for most of his life!
Since his senior year of high school, Steve has been with Mix 104.1 WCLE, starting off doing janitorial work, office work, and was a board operator for the station. He caught his ‘big break’ when he was able to be on air at the age of 15 and even ran commercials for a Braves game on behalf of the station.
Throughout his collegiate years, Steve majored in Telecommunications at Lee University and continued at Mix 104.1 WCLE as a sports announcer for Lee University and Cleveland State’s basketball and baseball teams. Upon graduation, Steve became full-time at Mix 104.1 WCLE by hosting shows and announcing Walker Valley Football games. Hartline has now been broadcasting high school football & basketball for over 25 years on Mix 104.1 radio, as well as the station’s streaming TV Channel, Mix TV.
In 2008, Steve and his wife, Jennifer, purchased Mix 104.1 WCLE and have been the owners ever since. After becoming owners of Mix 104.1 WCLE, the station quickly began growing its presence and impact in the area. In addition to relocating to a new facility to accommodate the growth, Steve added a talk station (101.3 The Buzz), a Hispanic station (Fiesta 99.1) and a streaming television channel (MixTV). As of June of 2024, Hartline transitioned Talk 101.3 The Buzz to ESPN Cleveland 101.3.
Steve’s accolades are many and include a Hall of Fame recognition from Cleveland High School in 2014, and School of Communications Alumnus of the Year from Lee University. He is also the recipient of the Communicator of the Year Award from the Cleveland Media Association. The Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce awarded Steve their award in 2020, the Mel Bedwell Small Businessperson of the Year Award, as well as the Robert Varnell Leadership Award in 2024.
Steve and Jennifer have two children, Reagan and Holden, and attend First Baptist Church.

Bridget Forrester
Account Executive & Mix Mornings and Mix Midday Personality
Bridget Forrester is a co-host of ‘Mix Mornings’ and has been a part of WCLE for 18 years!
She found her niche for production media during her high school career at Bradley Central, where she anchored on the school’s morning show, ‘WBHS.’ Bridget attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in radio & tv. During her collegiate career, she worked at a production company, ‘Tri-Vision Productions,’ where she edited television commercials.
Bridget began her time at WCLE in August of 2006 as traffic reporter. Within a year, Bridget transitioned to a full-time position, co-hosting 'Mix Mornings' as well as working as an Account Executive.
Bridget and her husband, Brandon, reside in Cleveland and have two children, Olivia and Owen, as well as an English Bulldog, Lola.

Ashley Flowers
Account Executive & Event Coordinator
Ashley Flowers is an Account Executive and Event Coordinator, and has been a part of WCLE for 18 years!
She attended Soddy-Daisy High School and Chattanooga State Community College. Her experience in the studio hailed back to working in sales at Chattanooga Clear Channel Radio. Ashley joined the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, where she spent 15 years as an ambassador. It was through the Chamber that she was able to connect with WCLE and join the team.
Ashley and her husband, Justin, share five boys between them: Hunter, Logan, Jasper, Memphis, and Easton.

Mike Lee
Account Executive & Mix Afternoon Drive Host
Mike Lee joined the WCLE family in January of 2024, but he is no stranger to the Cleveland community!
Many remember Mike from his long-time run as the co-host of 'Mike & Ed in the Morning' at Alive 95 from 1994-2008. He also hosted the afternoon show at J-103 in Chattanooga from 2009-2012.
Mike retired temporarily from radio after a battle with thyroid cancer in 2012. Mike was a long-haul truck driver from 2012 until the beginning of 2024.
Mike has been married to his wife, Trish, for 35 years and enjoys spending time with his family- his daughter, Melinda, his grandson, Tanner, and his recently-born great grandson, Matthew.

Yvette G. Bahn
Fiesta 99.1 FM Station Director & Morning Drive Host
Yevette Bahn was a part of a trailblazing team of women that started the first Spanish station in Cleveland in 2000! She now serves as the host of WCLE's Spanish station, Fiesta 99.1! She enjoys connecting with her listeners bilingually.
Yvette moved to the U.S. from Venezuela when she was 18 years old, and picked up the English language within the span of 6 months.
Before joining the WCLE team, Yvette was a fitness instructor for 14 years, served as a client service representative for Credit Bureau Services (now Check Into Cash), and did Pharmaceutical Research at Cherokee Pharmacy. After retiring from McKee Foods, Yvette was invited back to WCLE to be the host of Fiesta 99.1.
Yvette has a daughter, Jordan, along with two stepchildren, Tyler and Christina. Yvette holds special place in her heart for her granddaughter, Piper. She also has a rat terrier, Daisy Mae.

Austin Chadwick
Production Manager & Mix Mornings on Mix TV Producer
Austin Chadwick has been with WCLE since 2020, and was instrumental in the creation of WCLE's tv streaming service, 'Mix TV.'
Originally majoring in web and graphic design, Austin quickly found his knack for radio and TV broadcasting at Chattanooga State Community College. While in school, Austin worked at the college’s radio station, WAWL. He completed an internship with News 12 in Chattanooga, and was eventually hired. During his 9 years with the WDEF, he worked his way up the job ladder to become the lead technical director.
Austin and his wife, Devin, have two children and a boxer, Albi.
Outside of his time at WCLE, Austin serves as a youth leader and media director at Church of the Harvest.

Gideon Ratcliff
Mix TV Production Services & Master Editor
Gideon Ratcliff has been with WCLE since 2019! He worked as a part-time board operator until 2021, when he was offered a full-time position as a producer for Mix TV.
Gideon stumbled upon his interest for production when he was accidentally put into a production class his freshman year at Bradley Central High School. With the help of his father, who worked with the media team for Perry Stone Ministries, Gideon learned the ins and outs of television production. He attended Chattanooga State Community College and majored in Mass Communications with a focus on tv production. When the position opened to work for Mix 104.1 in 2019, Gideon’s high school A/V teacher recommended him for the job.
Gideon’s parents, Jennifer and Scott, have been influential figures in his life along with his grandparents, Linda and Ernie. He credits his support system to his two sisters, Estee and Rebecca, who also pursued creative careers in art, writing, and music.
Gideon is a committed worker, especially when it comes to editing projects. He is a hands-on learner, which explains his interest in building models of things such as the FA-78 Gundome Thunderbolt.

Sheridan Gaither
Communications Coordinator & Receptionist
Sheridan Gaither has served as the Communications Coordinator and Receptionist at WCLE since 2022.
Sheridan attended Grace Academy then went on to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she majored in Mass Communications, with a minor in psychology.
She credits her support system to her parents, Marie and Harold, who both also serve in the communications industry.
Sheridan married her husband, Wes, in October of 2023. They have a pet cat, Jackie.

Ryan Felton
WCLE Radio Traffic Manager
Ryan Felton began his career with WCLE as an intern and board operator for 3 years. He left the WCLE team, then returned in 2019. He has now been the traffic manager since 2020.
Ryan was a part of the A/V program at Walker Valley High School, and found his drive for production during his time on the school’s news network, The Spill. Ryan moved to Lenoir City, where he was worked at Scripts Network for six years. When Scripts Network was bought out by the Discovery Network, Ryan moved back to Cleveland to rejoin WCLE.
Ryan’s parents, Rudy and Debbie, both served as teachers in the Cleveland area.
