From Local 3 News: UPDATE: The Cleveland Police Department said foul play is not suspected in the death of an Ooltewah woman who went missing on April 1.
The body of Patricia Nicole Hobbs was found in the back of a vehicle that had been towed on Sunday, April 5.
Police state that North and South Towing had transported the car from the Valero gas station on South Lee Highway.
The police department said investigators reviewed security footage from the gas station, showing that the vehicle entered the parking lot on Thursday, April 2, at around 7:00am.
After being parked for several hours, footage shows Hobbs moving from the front seat to the back seat of the car, where she was found deceased.
Cleveland Police said no one else was seen entering or exiting the vehicle during that time. The towing operator told police that the vehicle was locked, and he did not see her in the vehicle due to the window tint.
Hobbs’ cause of death is still undetermined, and Cleveland Police continue to investigate.

The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office previously confirmed they were searching for 34-year-old Patricia Nicole Hobbs. She had been missing since Wednesday, April 1.
Her cause of death is currently unknown.
