From Local 3 News: A man is behind bars on felony charges after trying to solicit sex from a minor in exchange for a tattoo.
The Collegedale Police Department says Bradley Zach Wolchuk, 29, was arrested on multiple felony charges after a suspicious activity call at the Chick-Fil-A in Ooltewah.
Officers arrived around 9:30pm on Tuesday after reports that a man was attempting to meet a juvenile for sex.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Wolchuk, who "appeared visibly nervous and was observed attempting to delete content from his phone during the interaction," says police.
Wolchuk admitted to police that he had a sexual explicit conversations with a 17-year-old male he met earlier that day.
Wolchuk told police he offered the teen a tattoo in exchange for sexual favors.
The teen and a manager at Chick-fil-A called police when he returned to the restaurant.
Wolchuk faces the following charges:
“Our officers acted quickly and professionally to prevent a serious crime,” said Chief Jack Sapp. “We are grateful for the cooperation of the business staff and the victim, whose timely report allowed us to intervene.”
Wolchuk was booked into the Hamilton County Jail.

- Trafficking for a commercial sex act
- Unlawful removal of registration

Wolchuk was booked into the Hamilton County Jail.
