The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) plans to conduct "checkpoint enforcements" to promote safe driving throughout the month of March.
"Please designate a sober driver logo or take a ride share. Do not get behind the steering wheel and attempt to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Make the safe choice," says THP.
The checkpoints will be conducted in all eight of THP's districts and will consist of sobriety, seatbelt, and drivers license checks.
