From Local 3 News: Thanks to a multi-agency effort, two felons are now in custody after two separate pursuits through Loudon County and Meigs County.
On Tuesday, February 4, officers attempted a traffic stop on a burglary suspect, who then fled the scene, the Sweetwater Police Department said.

They say Arthur Wright drove in a dangerous and reckless fashion, leading Loudon County deputies and officers to deploy spike strips, bringing the pursuit to an end.
Wright was driving a gray short bus, which had been stolen earlier that morning in Hamblen County. He also had felony warrants out of Hamilton County.
Shortly after that first chase, detectives and officers identified a second wanted felon in another vehicle.
When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, Elijah Ferguson fled, leading authorities on a pursuit down I-75 South until their car broke down in Meigs County.
Ferguson was on active felony probation, with active warrants in Knox and McMinn Counties, the Sweetwater Police Department said.
Both Wright and Ferguson will be facing numerous felony charges in Sweetwater.
The department thanked the Loudon County Sheriff's Office, the Loudon Police Department, the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the Meigs County Sheriff's Office, the McMinn County's Sheriff Office, and Monroe County Emergency Services for their help.
