Rescuers find body of final worker missing from Tennessee factory after Hurricane Helene flooding

Rosa Andrade, a 29-year-old swept away in September’s flooding caused by Hurricane Helene, was found dead Friday along Interstate 26 in Erwin, TN. Andrade was the last of six employees from Impact Plastics in Unicoi County who were missing.
