Cleveland man charged with Sexual Battery by an authority figure

Jerry Lynn Ellis, who was arrested by the Cleveland Police Department in May on a warrant out of Polk County, has pleaded guilty to 3 counts of Sexual Battery by an authority figure. According to court documents, two of those counts are in Bradley County and one count is in Polk County.
