Charlton Craig Liner, 61, is in custody and being charged with the murder of his ex-wife, Karen Liner. 

He is charged with First Degree Murder and Felony Murder. 

He is being held at the Bradley County Justice Center with no bond.

The Cleveland Police Department responded to a call yesterday at 135 Arthur Lane NW In Kingwood Subdivision. 

The victim was identified as Karen Liner, a local realtor.
