From News Channel 9: A woman and an infant were hurt in a go-cart accident in Bradley County Tuesday night.
The accident happened at about 8 p.m. on private property located on Weatherly Switch Trail SW, a few miles north of Red Clay State Park, according to Adam Lewis of Bradley County EMS.
Lewis says a 36-year-old woman was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
He says the 1-year-old girl suffered a ‘non-life-threatening hand injury.’
Lewis also confirmed the accident happened on the property, and not on nearby Weatherly Switch Trail.
