From the Chattanoogan: Bradley County Jail passed the annual Tennessee Corrections Institute (TCI) inspection with no deficiencies found, officials said.

 

Sheriff Steve Lawson stated, “I want to thank our corrections officers and jail administrators for the exceptional outcome of the recent Tennessee Corrections Institute inspection of our jail. Their dedication was readily apparent once the inspection was completed. This achievement is a testament to their hard work. They consistently go above and beyond in their duties. I am incredibly proud of their commitment to maintaining a clean, safe and secure environment that reflects the high standards we hold.

 

“I would also like to thank Mayor D. Gary Davis and the Bradley County Commission for their assistance in helping us update our jail through new cutting-edge technologies that are available. Technological innovations aid in increasing the safety and efficiency of our jail.”
