Throwback Thursday: America’s 250th Celebration
  • Where: The Hunter Museum

  • What: Features 500 drones above the river and a 1,000-foot pyro waterfall cascading from the Market St. Bridge.

America 250: Indigenous Voices from the Revolutionary Era
  • Where: Hixson Community Center
  • When: Tuesday, June 23 — 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • What: Free event by the Tennessee Democracy Network exploring the story of America 250 through the experiences of the Indigenous people who lived in East Tennessee during the Revolutionary Era. There will be free pizza served.

Homecoming Bash
  • Where: Lone Oak Community Center — 1278 US 127, Signal Mountain, TN
  • When: Saturday, June 27 — 4:00pm to 8:00pm
  • What: Free event celebrating America 250, serving hot dogs and hamburgers, music and fun.

  • What: Everyone is welcome to walk or ride in the parade.

Pikeville America 250
  • Where: City of Pikeville, TN
  • When: Saturday, July 4
  • What: Patriotic farmer’s market from 8:00am to 12:00pm, Cruise in at 4:00pm, vendors and food trucks, live music at 5:00pm and fireworks after dark.


Bradley County

Cleveland 4th of July Rodeo
  • Where: 5546 Water Level Hwy., Cleveland, TN
  • When: Friday & Saturday, July 3-4
  • What: Professional rodeo on July 3 at 7:30pm and on July 4 at 6:00pm. Fireworks at 9:15pm on Saturday.
